Medical Equipment Grant Program: This program provides financial assistance for purchasing medical equipment that is not covered by insurance but is essential for improving the quality of life for individuals with rare diseases. Examples include specialized wheelchairs, adaptive strollers, pulse oximeter and other equipment that enhance independence and life-sustaining monitoring.
Daily Living Supports program: Our program supports individuals with special needs by supplying essential equipment and medical necessities that enhance their ability to perform daily living tasks independently and safely. We focus on items that are critical for personal care, mobility, communication and home accessibility—needs that are often not covered by insurance. By bridging this gap, our program ensures that individuals receive the tools they need to thrive in their daily lives, promoting dignity, autonomy, safety, and an improved quality of life.
