Our Mission
Inspired by the courage of our cherished daughter and sister, Madison, who bravely faced Dup15q Syndrome with unwavering strength, the Live Like Maddie Foundation exists to support individuals and families affected by rare diseases. Through our Medical Equipment and Daily Living support programs, we provide need -based financial assistance for essential equipment and supports not covered by insurance. Our mission is to promote dignity, independence, and safety, ensuring every individual has the opportunity to thrive and experience an improved quality of life.
